Sessions 1-3 Preparation: Explanation, Toxic Anger Assessment, Anger Episode Model, and Anger Episode Records Sessions 4-6 Change: Review Anger Episodes, Muscle Relaxation, Imagery, and Problem Solving Our Students enjoy an understanding supportive, and non-judgmental educational experience. We provide quality anger management classes for those struggling with feelings from frustration to rage. These anger management classes focus on the consequences of anger, which you already know and teaches an alternative to avoid these negative consequences. Other areas of focus: effective communication, self-awareness, assertiveness, and stress management. These are all productive tools for preventing negative expressions of anger.
