- What is Self Esteem & Self Confidence:
- Thoughts feelings and behaviors exist simultaneously and they are interrelated. They affect each other and create each other. EXAMPLE: When you are feeling sad you may isolate yourself, thoughts may be negative “no one cares” “no one understands me” and you continue to feel sad.
