Making a bracelet
This is one of my favorite ways to be creative…making jewelry. The repetitive movement is soothing when you are feeling stressed. When I make jewelry I become 100% focused on the task, so I remain present. In fact, this activity could be considered meditative if you practice mindfulness while you are creating. As an added bonus you have a beautiful piece of jewelry after! Sounds good to me!
